We're passionate about making travel easier and more stylish with our curated travel bags. Here are answers to our most common questions.

1. What types of travel bags do you sell? We offer a wide range of travel bags including carry-on backpacks, duffel bags, weekenders, rolling suitcases, laptop-compatible travel packs, and more. Our collection focuses on durable materials, smart organization, and modern designs perfect for business trips, vacations, or everyday adventures.

2. Where do you ship to? We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and times? We provide these reliable options (business days, excluding weekends & holidays):

  • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (Free on EVERY order – no minimum!)
  • Standard Shipping (paid option): 7-14 business days – $10 (if selected)

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed once your bag is on its way.

4. Is shipping really free? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) applies to all orders—no minimum purchase required. Travel light on fees with us.

5. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.

6. How do I track my order? You'll receive an email with tracking info once shipped. Check status in your account or contact us for help.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. All payments are secure.

8. Are your bags carry-on compliant? Most of our carry-on backpacks and suitcases meet standard airline size requirements (e.g., 22x14x9 inches). Check the product page for exact dimensions and airline compatibility.

10. What materials are used? We use high-quality, durable fabrics like water-resistant nylon, polyester, canvas, and premium zippers/hardware for longevity and protection against the elements.
